Bellareina Dolce

The top bred Muscle Hill-daughter Bellareina Dolce was purchased as a yearling in Lexington and went to Melander's barn. She showed a lot of talent early and won a babyrace in June at the Meadowlands in 2:00/1.14,6ak. She has been struggling with some minor soundness issues and we decided to bring her into the breeding shed as a three year old. She has all the ingredients to become a great broodmare and her first partner will be Chapter Seven.

Her dam Bella Dolce was a fantastic racehorse and earned $753,133. She won 15 of her 29 lifetime races and took a mark of 1:54,2/1.11,1ak. Except from Bellareina Dolce she has also produced; Ragazzo Dolce $239,026, Amalfi Coast $168,611 and Megadolce $142,174.

Second dam Pizza Dolce was also a fantastic racehorse and earned $668,824 and won 14 races at two and three including major races as, Goldsmith Maid, Matron Stakes, Kentucky Standardbred Co Trot, Kentucky Futurity Filly and elim. Hambletonian Oaks. She was voted Two Year Old Trotting Filly of the Year in 2002.
